2018 ElectroAcousticMiniFest

The Washington State University School of Music invites submissions to the second annual WSU ElectroAcousticMiniFest, which will be held October 12-13, 2018 in Pullman, Washington.

Composers are encouraged to submit works for bassoon for the consideration of our featured performer, WSU School of Music professor Ryan M. Hare (https://soundcloud.com/ryan-m-hare), a bassoonist and composer who performs actively internationally as a solo, chamber, and orchestral musician.

Composers may submit up to two works for consideration. Submissions are due by July 15, 2018. Accepted works will be announced by email and posted online on or before July 31. Accepted composers must attend the festival for their work to be programmed.

A small entry fee of $5 per submission will be used to cover the cost of paying outside adjudicators, and a registration fee of $20 per selected composer will assist with paying for concert staffing and print materials. Please visit https://formtool.wsu.edu/cas/Signup/index.castle?formid=12 to pay the submission fee after completing the form below.
