OKMMC - Call for Scores - Duo Rodinia

The Oklahoma Modern Music Collective (OKMMC) is seeking scores for possible programming by Duo Rodinia. Founded in 2012 by clarinetist Lisa Kachouee and percussionist Jamie Wind Whitmarsh, Duo Rodinia has toured the United States extensively including a 2014 Carnegie Hall debut; the International Clarinet Association's ClarinetFest; national and regional conference performances with the Society of Composers, Inc. and the College Music Society; the Biennial Festival of New Music at Florida State University; the University of Nebraska-Kearney New Music Festival; a residency with the Taneycomo Festival Orchestra; and numerous recitals at universities, secondary schools, and community venues.

Works may be for any percussion instrumentation. Please limit clarinet instrumentation to: B-flat and A soprano clarinets, E-flat clarinet, and B-flat bass clarinet. Works with electronics may be submitted.

OKMMC is an organization dedicated to bringing new music to new audiences via the following ensembles: Oklahoma Composer's Orchestra, Duo Rodinia, nu, and Great Plains Percussion Group.
