Call for Scores!


Voces Inauditae is an SATB choir dedicated to the integration of lesser known composers into general repertoire, with an emphasis on gender equality. While their successful premiere in May featured female composers, their goal is to encourage complete gender equality within the classical music world, ensuring the inclusion of marginalised groups within general repertoire. Edinburgh based, the ensemble features artists from both the universities within Edinburgh, and semi-professionals within the area. They take pride in commissioning new works from young, up-and-coming composers from around the U.K., again, maintaining a gender balance across the board.

With our 2017-2018 season filling up, we are looking for more scores for our concerts in the second academic term. Theme is folksong arrangements, any language, any kind. Preferably unaccompanied, moderate in difficulty due to lack of rehearsal time. Please see website for recordings/more information about the choir:
